Cohort 3 | Mental Health
In our second session on October 9, the TFP Mentors and Fellows discussed mental health, an often-overlooked topic in busy times. While mental health can be a challenging issue to discuss, the group highlighted the importance of being aware of one’s stress levels and finding habits or resources that help manage stress. TFP also shared a list of wellness resources for young adults. Whether it’s spending time with family and friends or pursuing hobbies, everyone needs time to recharge, and there’s never harm in asking for help.
